Useful knowledge often stays with the person who discovered it. Agentwork brings it into shared company memory, giving teams a common understanding of what’s been agreed and why. It coordinates the people and tools needed to turn that understanding into action across the business.

Bring existing information from across the business into Agentwork.
Agentwork turns information from your tools into a shared memory of your business.
Use company memory to resolve conflicting information, share context with the people who need it, and coordinate work across teams.
Connect them to Agentwork to find answers across your team's tools, without switching apps.
Company knowledge is scattered across tools, conversations, and the people who know the details. Giving everyone an AI assistant doesn’t give the company a shared understanding of what’s been agreed and what needs to happen next.
Agentwork builds that understanding and puts it to work. It resolves conflicting information, brings in the right people, preserves what they know, and carries work forward alongside the AI tools your team already uses.
Customer commitments and business decisions depend on knowing what’s been agreed, including the exceptions.
Agentwork searches indexed knowledge across your tools by meaning, bringing relevant facts and exceptions into answers you can verify.
Your people and AI get answers grounded in that knowledge, with sources they can check.
Agentwork checks company knowledge for contradictions, brings them to the right owner, and remembers the resolution.
Run workflows on a schedule or when something happens. It takes action across your tools, reaches out to teammates for input or approval, and continues the work when they reply.
Customer history, unwritten processes, and the reasons behind decisions often leave with the person who knows them. Agentwork captures that context during everyday work and proposes what to preserve for the team, with approval and appropriate access.
Teams share conversations with Agentwork. It brings in colleagues when information is missing, keeps track of open questions, and saves what gets agreed.
Agentwork checks activity against your policies and contracts. It flags deviations, requests missing evidence, and follows up with the responsible people.
Agentwork connects in two layers: shared sources everyone can see, and private ones each employee connects through their own account — private data never surfaces in someone else's answer. The boundary is enforced in code, not the model's judgment.
Integrations: Slack, MS Teams, Notion, Google Workspace, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Fireflies, Gmail, GitHub, Salesforce, Zendesk, Linear, HubSpot, Attio, Figma, Granola, HiBob, Intercom.
Those assistants help one person at a time, and what each person works out stays in their own chats. Agentwork gives your whole company one memory, with sources and the same permissions as your tools. You can keep the assistants you like: Agentwork works inside Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Mistral AI through MCP.
Search finds documents, including outdated and conflicting ones, and leaves the judgment to you. Agentwork checks what your tools say against each other, asks the person who knows when something is unclear, and remembers the confirmed answer for everyone allowed to see it.
It doesn't guess. Agentwork works out who is most likely to know and, once you approve, sends them one short, specific question. Their answer is saved to its memory, so the next person who asks gets it instantly and nobody has to chase it down again.
Connecting a tool takes a few minutes. Agentwork starts building your company memory as soon as the first sync begins, and it gets better as your team asks questions.
No. Agentwork respects the same access rules your tools already enforce. People only ever get answers drawn from sources they already have permission to see, so nothing leaks across teams.
Not by default. Agentwork shows you what it will do and asks for approval before it sends a message or changes a record. Owners and admins set default rules and can lock connectors; members can allow eligible actions without asking each time on connectors left unlocked.
We host Agentwork in the EU/EEA. Some providers may process personal data elsewhere under an adequacy decision or safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We process connected content to provide Agentwork, including answering your team's questions, and never use it to train shared models. It's encrypted in transit, integration credentials are never stored in plaintext, and we're working toward end-to-end encryption for data at rest. Agentwork staff access for support and debugging is off unless your organization enables it. Limited human access may also occur with your consent or when needed for security or legal compliance. You can disconnect any source or delete everything at any time. A current list of sub-processors is in our data processing agreement (DPA), available on request.
Agentwork connects to Slack, Notion, Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, and Calendar), Microsoft 365 (Outlook mail and calendar), Fireflies, GitHub, GitLab, Linear, Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), HubSpot, Attio, Stripe, Shopify, PostHog, Mixpanel, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Granola, Pleo, Numina, Oneleet, n8n, and Semrush. You can also connect AI tools to Agentwork through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). We work on adding new integrations every day.
